Does anyone particularly brilliant with coding know how to add pagination abilities to a theme which DOESN’T HAVE IT????

I’ve been playing with this forever because I hate infinite scroll, but I don’t have any “next page” or “previous page” abilities with this theme. I just want to add pagination ability to the description portion.

Help please?
